RepLogix Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, trials, and subscription billing work for RepLogix. By purchasing or subscribing to RepLogix, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

RepLogix may offer free trials, monthly plans, annual plans, paid upgrades, feature tiers, or other subscription options. Plan features, athlete limits, report access, admin tools, and pricing may vary by subscription level.

2. Free Trials

RepLogix may offer a free trial. If a free trial is offered, you may need to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. RepLogix reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free trials at any time.

3. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize RepLogix or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the method used to purchase it, such as:

  • Your RepLogix account settings
  • The payment processor portal
  • Google Play
  • Apple App Store
  • Stripe, PayPal, or another approved billing provider

Canceling your subscription stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.

5. Refunds for Direct Purchases

For subscriptions purchased directly from RepLogix outside of an app store, refunds are generally not guaranteed unless required by law. RepLogix may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical problems that prevent meaningful use of the Service

To request a refund, contact:

Include in your request:

  • Your name
  • Account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method or platform
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Refunds for Google Play Purchases

If you purchased RepLogix through Google Play, refund eligibility may be governed by Google Play's refund policies. Google states that refunds may be available for some Google Play purchases depending on its policies, and users may also contact the developer directly. Google Play Console also allows developers to view orders, issue refunds, and manage subscription cancellations for purchases made through Google Play.

7. Refunds for Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased RepLogix through the Apple App Store, refunds may be governed by Apple's refund process. Apple states that some App Store and Apple service purchases may be eligible for a refund through Apple's refund request system. RepLogix may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases controlled by Apple.

8. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods

Unless required by law or approved by RepLogix, we do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial months
  • Unused time
  • Inactive accounts
  • Forgotten cancellations
  • Unused features
  • Failure to use the Service

9. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Downgrading may reduce access to features, reports, athlete limits, admin tools, or stored functionality.

10. Failed Payments

If payment fails, RepLogix may suspend, limit, or terminate access to paid features. You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and current.

11. Price Changes

RepLogix may change pricing or plan features. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the paid Service after a price change means you accept the new pricing.

12. Contact for Billing Questions
