7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no internet-based service, app, website, database, or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between your device and RepLogix is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.

Encryption at Rest

Data stored within RepLogix is encrypted at rest by our platform infrastructure provider. Please note that RepLogix data is not end-to-end encrypted — platform-level administrators at our hosting provider may have access to stored data as permitted by their own terms and security policies.

Infrastructure Security, Firewalls, and Physical Security

RepLogix is built on the Base44 platform, which is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Infrastructure security, network firewalls, intrusion monitoring, and physical data center security are managed by Base44 and its underlying cloud hosting providers. All servers are currently located in the United States. For more information, see the Base44 Security Trust Center.

Backups & Offsite Redundancy

Data is hosted on infrastructure that maintains availability controls, replication, and recovery procedures in accordance with Base44's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. These certifications require documented availability controls including offsite backup and recovery procedures. Replication across geographically separated data centers within the United States is a standard component of this infrastructure. RepLogix does not independently guarantee specific backup schedules or recovery time objectives. For backup and redundancy policy details, refer to the Base44 Security Trust Center.

Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. RepLogix does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials directly.

Users are responsible for protecting passwords, limiting account access, using strong login credentials, and keeping exported files secure.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, prevent fraud, and support business operations. User data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion, unless earlier deletion is technically possible and legally appropriate.

9. Data Export

Depending on your plan, RepLogix may allow users to export reports, attendance records, CSV files, performance data, or other account information. You are responsible for protecting exported files once they leave the RepLogix system.

10. User Choices

You may request to access, correct, update, export, or delete certain information by contacting:

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. If your account is controlled by a school, organization, or team administrator, some requests may need to be handled through that organization.

11. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain privacy rights under state, federal, or international privacy laws. These rights may include the ability to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain processing. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

RepLogix is not intended for direct use by children under 13. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information directly to RepLogix.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

13. Marketing Communications

We may send service-related messages, account notices, subscription updates, or support communications. We may also send marketing messages if allowed by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us. You may still receive important service, legal, billing, or security notices.
